1ď¸âŁ Pre-Op
The patient presented with peri-implantitis at sites #45, #46, and #47, necessitating the removal of the existing fixtures.
2ď¸âŁ 1st Surgery - Guided Bone Regeneration(GBR)
After opening the flap, it was observed that the bone width is narrow, and there is considerable vertical bone loss.
To increase the vertical height, Ez-fixing screws were inserted.
A bone graft was performed by combining autograft collected with the ACM (Autobone Chip Maker) and bovine bone (Regenoss).
