Case Presentation
1️⃣ Pre-Op
The patient presented with peri-implantitis at sites #45, #46, and #47, necessitating the removal of the existing fixtures.
2️⃣ 1st Surgery - Guided Bone Regeneration(GBR)
After opening the flap, it was observed that the bone width is narrow, and there is considerable vertical bone loss.
To increase the vertical height, Ez-fixing screws were inserted.
A bone graft was performed by combining autograft collected with the ACM (Autobone Chip Maker) and bovine bone (Regenoss).
Layering with DM bone (allograft)
Contoured the titanium membrane(CTi-mem) to cover
A collagen membrane used for coverage
Interrupted suture
3️⃣ 2nd Surgery - Implant Placement
Returned after 1 year and 3 months due to patient's personal reasons
Performed flap opening
Membrane removal
Ez-fixing screw removal
Bone collected for biopsy
IT wide neck 5.0X10 implant placement, bone quality D111 and ITV 60→40N
Alloplast added at the collection site and suture
